Main Street Marina Update – 8/2/2020

We wanted to give you an update regarding The Paddlewheel & Main Street Marina.

On 7/31/2020, we let everyone know that we had one employee who has tested positive for Covid-19.

This employee worked at The Paddlewheel during the dates of 7/21/20 through 7/25/20, and has not been at work since. If you were at The Paddlewheel any day during this time, we have been advised by the Taney County Health Department, that you should monitor for symptoms, however you do not need to quarantine. If you do develop symptoms, you should contact your physician or contact the Taney County Health Department.

We have had many ask if we were required to close. No, while we were not required to close, we voluntarily made the decision to close, in the best interest and safety of our employees & guests.

Some have also asked or there have been comments made on why we closed so abruptly on Friday.

We were notified at approximately 6:00 pm on Friday, July 31st.

We made the decision to close immediately, out of an abundance of caution.

We had all guests off the property by 7:00 pm.

We felt this was the most responsible action to take, based on the circumstances.

It has now been 8 days since this employee has been at work, and no other employees are showing symptoms. We have been in daily contact with this individual, and fortunately, they are experiencing a mild case, they are getting better daily and continue to quarantine at home.
These are challenging times for us all. We are taking the situation very seriously and making the best decisions we can.

Currently, we plan on reopening Main Street Marina on August 10th, and The Paddlewheel will reopen on Tuesday, August 11, 2020

We have felt your continued support and it much appreciated. Thank you!

We will see you back on the Dock very soon.

The Paddlewheel Update – 7/29/2020

The Paddlewheel - Dining & Nightlife on the Lake in Branson MOJuly 29, 2020

Update from Larry & Lianne from The Paddlewheel

As we continue to navigate these unfamiliar waters, we wanted to give you (another) update from your friends at The Paddlewheel.

On July 28, 2020, The City of Branson passed a new ordinance, effective 07/31/2020.

To Keep it simple…….

You wear a mask in, while walking to a seat, when you get up (for example to use the restroom), and when you leave.

As we have said, since the beginning of “all of this”, we continue to practice the highest safety & cleaning procedures recommended.

As we eased our way “back in” we have maintained and will continue socially distancing,

Do we believe in choice? Yes
Will The Paddlewheel still be the place you know & love? Yes
Will we follow the rules? Yes
Do we still have the same fantastic staff? Yes
Will we still have amazing music? Yes

We are still fortunate that even at reduced capacity, we have over 150 seats OUTSIDE. We are open air and ON the water.

We appreciate your support and patience, especially with our staff, as we go through these next few weeks.

We are all in this together. ????

Larry & Lianne

Main Street Marina Update – 6/16/2020

June 15, 2020

RE: Main Street Lake Cruises

2020 has been an incredibly challenging time for all of us.

We are deeply saddened to announce that Main Street Lake Cruises will not open for the 2020 season.

Due to COVID-19, our cruises have been closed, and with the limited occupancy and restrictions put in place in early May, we have been unable to operate our cruises.

Our cruises are primarily a specialty and very seasonal attraction, and it is not practical to run the cruises this year, with such a late start into our season.

All customers with existing reservations have been contacted and refunded regarding all 2020 reservations.

We are heartbroken to announce this difficult but necessary decision for our 2020 Cruise Season.

While our cruises are closed, the rest of the Main Street Marina property remains open.

Landing Axes, Main Street Marina Water Sports, and of course The Paddlewheel are all open and operating.

We have a great line up of music coming to The Paddlewheel. Watch for updates to our music calendar as well as upcoming specialty events on our websites and our Social Media pages.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office at (417)239-3980.

We look forward to seeing you on the Dock soon!

Main Street Marina Update – 5/20/2020

May 20, 2020

Updates for The Paddlewheel & Main Street Marina

Well, we were able to open The Paddlewheel on May 5th.
We are fortunate that the majority of our spaces are open air & we have tons of room to spread out. We have one of the largest open-air patios in Branson. We are leaving plenty of open space on the dock, so tables & seating are placed with the proper recommended social distancing.

We have & continue to maintain all the recommended safety and cleaning procedures.

We were able to add Live Music back last weekend….so the Dock only Rocked Slightly ????
Thank you for your patience regarding our music events, as we are literally changing those on a daily basis, to ease back into music with a calmer vibe…. For now…..

Updates for all of Main Street Marina

Please check our FB pages and website for updated information: MainStreetMarina.com

We have a great line up at The Paddlewheel this weekend for Memorial Day (5/22/20-5/24/20)

  • Friday Brock Wade 7-11
  • Saturday Justin Larkin 7-11
  • Sunday Sam & Todd 6-9

We can also announce that Open Mic starts back on May 27th, and will have an announcement regarding Karaoke starting back, soon.

So…… As we have said before……

We understand everyone has different viewpoints/feelings and that’s ok. ????

If you are uncomfortable dining in, or coming out, we understand, and we look forward to seeing you in the future. ????

We are all going through this together and doing the best we can, remember to be kind. ????

If anything makes you uncomfortable or you have additional suggestions, please ask for a manager.

We look forward to seeing you soon, whenever you feel it is right for you. ????

From our family to yours……

Lianne & Larry ????
